Edward started his career in 2002 managing the U.S. portfolio for high-net-worth European investors associated with his father’s law firm. Since those educational years, Edward has also worked in small family offices, private equity and wall street firms and in brokerage for commercial real estate portfolios across the United States.
Edward’s expertise over the years has involved all levels of the commercial real estate industry in over 30 cities across the U.S. totaling over 7 million square feet, having an estimated market value of $2 Billion. During his years in brokerage, Edward helped or lead his team in leasing, investment sales and development strategy in over 200 transactions with an estimated value of over $500 million. Before founding Pine Rock Commercial Real Estate, Edward was an Executive Vice President at ROI Commercial Real Estate in Las Vegas, NV, a Regional Asset Manager for Kite Realty Group (NYSE: KRG) in Las Vegas, NV, the Director of Special Projects and a Senior Property Manager at the headquarters office for Stoltz Management in Philadelphia, PA, the Vice President of Property Management for Chasebrook Company in Salt Lake City, UT and the Vice President and General Manager for Liberty Property Management in Liberty, MO.
Edward holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
